What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all orders shipped within the United States and Canada. Please note that we cannot accept broken or damaged jewelry.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return items to our warehouse. If you return a product for a refund and it is not defective or damaged, an additional $10 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the item, we will process your return within 5-7 business days. Look out for an email from us communicating the status of your refund, store credit or replacement.
